Breakfast

Breakfast Burrito

Scrambled eggs, caramelized onion and bell pepper, and cheddar and havarti cheeses, served on a toasted flour tortilla. Accompanied by sides of salsa roja and avocado crema.

The Brooklyn

Over-medium egg, cheddar, Crystal mayo, and sliced tomato on a toasted English muffin.

The Keaton

Scrambled eggs,crisp bacon, and Havarti cheese on a toasted Croissant.

Moons over Vegas

Scrambled eggs, grilled ham, and American cheese. Served on golden griddled sourdough.

Frenchy

Scrambled eggs with bacon or ham, nestled between two slices of French toast, slathered with maple butter.

Jenny’s Egg “Muffins”

Baked muffin cups filled with egg, hash browns, cheddar, and your choice of meat or veggie.

Chef Dan’s Famous Quiche

The Marshawn

Sliced roast beef, sharp cheddar cheese, shaved red onion, green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and horseradish mayo. Served on a French roll.

Mitchelli

Marinated grilled chicken breast, oven roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella, arugula and basil pesto aioli. Served on toasted focaccia.

El Puerco Lloron

Roasted pork loin, smoked gouda, apple, onion, Truman compote, green leaf letttuce, and Dijonnaise. Served on a bahn mi bun.

The Dagwood

Rosemary ham, turkey breast, Havarti cheese, Mama Lil’s peppers, greens, sliced tomato, shaved red onion, dill pickle, and garlic mayo. Served on a baguette.

The Vivian

Roasted chicken breast, red grapes, toasted almonds, green onions, and lightly curried mayo. Served on a buttery croissant. Also available as a salad.

The Norseman
